Switzerland – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – ARA Thurau, Tiefbauarbeiten Etappe West

The subject of this submission is the complete civil engineering works for the West section of the new ARA Thurau, including the PFAS remediation of the affected areas (see excavation plans and other documents in the tender attachments). The PFAS remediation runs parallel with the project. This essentially includes the following works: * Removal of humus and lawful disposal of the contaminated topsoil * Creation of an interim storage facility for the sorting of excavated material * Establishment of the necessary site facilities * Excavation of the construction pit (sorting process) and lawful disposal (remediation of contaminated sites) of the contaminated excavated material, including disposal costs, or removal and disposal of the remaining material in accordance with the permissible disposal routes, including fees. * Establishment and maintenance of the construction pit securing * Establishment and maintenance of the dewatering (standard open dewatering including settling basin and neutralization) * Establishment and maintenance of the water treatment (PFAS elimination from generated construction site water, including appropriate pre-treatment) * Demolition of the existing rainwater basin * Establishment of the pile foundation (including necessary pile level)
