Provision of engineering services for the engineering structures service category according to § 43 and 44 as well as Appendix 12 - Group 2 HOAI, Phases 1-9 plus on-site construction management. Provision of engineering services for the transport facilities service category according to § 47 and 48 as well as Appendix 13 HOAI, Phases 3-9, on-site construction management. Planning is to commence in July 2026. The preliminary design plans, coordinated with the relevant authorities (Ingenieurbauwerke Landratsamt Biberach, Verkehrsknoten B 312 / Steigmühlstrasse Regierungspräsidium Tübingen), are to be submitted to the client by mid-August 2026. The documents for the water rights procedure are to be submitted by the end of August 2026. The complete design plans for both specialisms are to be submitted by mid-September 2026. The construction design for the northern part of Steigmühlstrasse and the traffic junction Riedlinger Strasse / Steigmühlstrasse are to be submitted by mid-October and the complete tender documents for this by mid-November 2026.
