Portugal – Refuse disposal and treatment – Acordo-Quadro Para Aquisição de Serviço De Transporte, Receção, Tratamento e Valorização de Resíduos de Construção e Demolição (RCD´S)

Framework Agreement for the Purchase of Construction and Demolition Waste (C&DW) Transport, Reception, Treatment and Valorisation Service, consisting of the following lots: a) Lot 1: Rental of 6 m3 containers; b) Lot 2: Transport of C&DW throughout the geographical area of the contracting authorities, from locations to be designated by each contracting authority. Upon collection of full containers by the contractor, the same number of empty containers should be left in the same location, if the contracting authority opts for the container rental service; c) Lot 3: Reception, treatment and valorisation of C&DW, including selective routing of waste to an appropriate final destination, i.e., to licensed operators for valorisation and/or disposal, depending on their nature or composition, ensuring the obligations and responsibilities arising from the mentioned operations, ensuring that these are carried out in accordance with the principle of the hierarchy of preferences in waste management; Lot 4: Credit offered by the service provider to each contracting authority, based on the amount of C&DW transported and received (to be used in the purchase of goods produced, totally or partially, with C&DW or with incorporation of milling; or, alternatively, to be deducted when issuing the monthly invoice for the services provided).
