Belgium – Survey services – Raamovereenkomst voor het ontwerpen van weginfrastructuur en opmaken van omgevingsvergunningen

This contract is a services procurement and includes study assignments for the design of infrastructure in the port area. It is mainly about roads, sewerage and paving. The service provider will be responsible for scope, preliminary design, final design, the permit application and the preparation of the tendering and/or execution plans for various streets and roads. The service provider will also be responsible for the coordination of related studies, if applicable, such as the preparation of archaeological reports, the preparation of demolition follow-up plans, and the preparation of environmental hygiene reports in relation to soil movement. For some assignments, it is possible that the service provider or via subcontracting, will have to (have) the execution of these related studies carried out.
