Only Lot 3 is concerned by the present consultation. Indeed, a framework agreement comprising 4 lots was previously launched but Lot 3 was declared unsuccessful. The other lots have already been awarded or are in the process of being awarded. The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are settled by unit prices. The framework agreement is concluded for a duration of 48 months from the date of contract notification. Any other start date for the services indicated (notably in the AAPC) would be only for informational purposes. The execution or delivery deadlines for the services are set with each purchase order in accordance with the provisions of the framework agreement and the deadline indicated in the engagement act.
