Germany – Reconditioning services of ships or boats – Rahmenvereinbarung Modernisierung der Küstenboote Ostsee und Nordsee

The Schleswig-Holstein State Police Directorate is tendering a framework agreement for the modernization of its three 27 m coastal boats through this procurement procedure. The Falshöft will be modernized as the first boat. Furthermore, a framework agreement for the modernization of the two other coastal boats is to be concluded. The contracting authority has a budget of €6,800,000 (six million eight hundred thousand) including the current legal value added tax of 19% for awarding the modernization of the first coastal boat to a contractor. The contracting authority reserves the right to terminate the procurement procedure without result if the economic viability of the measure cannot be proven. This framework agreement governs the modernization of up to three coastal boats (KB1–KB3). The maximum quantity of services that can be called off under this agreement is three coastal boats. Upon reaching this maximum quantity, the framework agreement ends. A mandatory inspection is scheduled during the tender phase. For further information, please refer to the procurement documents.
