Career guidance and counselling services for the clients of the Mikkeli region employment services. Career guidance and counselling services are preventive, unemployment-preventing and rapid employment-promoting services. The service is classified as career guidance. The aim of the service is to promote and accelerate the employment of clients and to enable clients' independent and effective job search. The aim is to provide clients with clear and up-to-date instructions and tools to support the job search process, strengthen clients' job search skills and increase their understanding of their own competence, the labour market and entrepreneurship. The service is targeted at jobseekers of the Mikkeli region employment services, who need low-threshold support for job search, employment and the ICT skills required for working life or identifying barriers to employment. The service is primarily implemented online and in the premises organised by the service provider in the area of the Mikkeli region employment services (Mikkeli, Kangasniemi, Juva, Hirvensalmi, Mäntyharju and Puumala). The focus of the implementation is on webinars, which can be completed independently and include individual guidance. In addition, the service can be individual-focused coaching or the service can be implemented as group coaching. Group coaching can be implemented online or as local coaching. Various themed information events are also possible. The planned implementation period of the service is 1.1.-31.12.2027. In addition, there is an option for three (3) one-year extensions as follows: 1. Option period 1.1.-31.12.2028 2. Option period 1.1.-31.12.2029 3. Option period 1.1.-31.12.2030 Estimated number of clients directed to the service 500 clients / year. The estimate does not bind the contracting authority or set a purchase obligation for the contracting authority.
