The municipality of Kindsbach (Verbandsgemeinde Landstuhl) intends to renovate the Kindsbach multi-purpose hall. The multi-purpose hall serves as a sports and events venue and is divided into the building sections sports hall, changing room block and kitchen block. A section on the west side (two-storey building) has since been sold and is not subject to the renovation. The changing room block and parts of the sports hall were already renovated approximately 5 years ago. The municipality of Kindsbach is therefore tendering architectural services pursuant to Section 73 VgV for the renovation of the Kindsbach multi-purpose hall. The subject of the tender are the performance phases 1 to 9 according to Section 34 HOAI with basic and special services. A phased commissioning of the individual performance phases is planned. Parallel to this procedure, the services of the technical building equipment and the structural design will be tendered in separate procedures.
