The contract concerns the supply of a payment gateway/payment window as well as the collection and processing of payments from citizens and businesses. The payment gateway/payment window refers to the payment page that the payer will encounter in the payment situation. It is also here that integrations from the specialist systems, which are to use the payment solution, will take place. The payment gateway/payment window is responsible for the integration of the offered payment products. The tender includes payments with international payment cards and open banking, etc. By international payment cards, we mean payment cards of the type Visa or Mastercard. The tender also includes payment via so-called wallets, including MobilePay. Finally, payments based on "open banking" will also be part of the tender. Payments with Dankort will also need to use the payment gateway/payment window. However, the collection of Dankort is not included in the tender. In principle, the tender only includes one-off payments and not so-called recurring payments, i.e. payments that take place in accordance with a payment agreement with a fixed interval and typically with approximately the same amount each time. However, it is included as a possibility that the payment gateway/payment window can be used for recurring payments based on payment cards in the future.
