The overall objective of the measure is to develop and implement an economically, sustainable and future-proof utilisation concept for the building complex, taking into account the requirements of the BAS, the necessary measures for the removal of harmful substances and fire protection, as well as the improvement of the quality of work and stay. The measure includes in particular: - Removal of harmful substances in Building 3 according to the report on the investigation of harmful substances - Fire protection upgrade of Building 1 and Building 3 according to the fire protection concept - Reorganisation of the floor and room structure of Building 3 and part of the ground floor of Building 1, taking into account the requirements of the BAS - Energy upgrade/removal of weak points of the building envelope (façade, window connections, roof) according to thermography - Synergistic cooling (cooling ceilings) of the office, seminar and meeting rooms of Building 1 and Building 3 - Renewal of ceiling lighting/retrofitting to LED technology - Renewal/adaptation of technical and safety-relevant building equipment - Energy and functional modernisation of the technical systems - E-mobility – Installation of charging stations
