Digital preservation solution

Infrabel wishes to implement a digital preservation solution for its structured, semi-structured and unstructured data, in line with the OAIS model. This solution must enable Infrabel to:

- Preserve relevant information in the long term

- Ensure the long-term usability of the content of its records and the management of metadata

- Integrate with available storage spaces – On Premise Infrastructure

- Leverage the expertise of experts who can perform On Site interventions in Infrabel's data centres to ensure the security and operational continuity of the system, or benefit from a Cloud solution, subject to prior risk analysis, demonstrating all guarantees of compliance with applicable regulations and standards

- Integrate with Microsoft and SAP environments

- Integrate with the existing application landscape within Infrabel, for example, by implementing connectors to Colibra solutions

- Work in the national languages used at Infrabel, with the work interface displaying in French or Dutch according to the language of the collaborator

- Ensure the long-term traceability of digital signatures in compliance with Regulation (EU) 910/2014 (eIDAS), its implementing acts or derived acts, and Belgian legislation in this area.
