Czechia – Construction work – Revitalizace sadu Svobody ve Zlíně

The subject of the public procurement is the implementation of the construction project "Revitalisation of Svobody Park in Zlín", which will be carried out simultaneously and in close thematic, spatial and temporal relation to the construction "Revitalisation of Zlín Castle – Phase I". The construction addresses the comprehensive renewal of a public park and the immediate surroundings of the immovable cultural heritage site Zlín Castle, particularly in the scope of new hardened and paved areas for pedestrians and service traffic, public lighting, water features, irrigation systems, landscaping and garden arrangements, urban furniture, low-voltage technologies and related relocations and connections of engineering networks. The construction is divided into the Park section and the Zlín Castle Surroundings section, with both sections forming one functional and operational unit and being implemented in mutual temporal and technological sequence. The subject of the public procurement also includes landscaping and garden arrangements along with subsequent five-year care for the planting and landscaping. The fulfillment of the subject of the public procurement will take place during the operation of the construction site, shared with other construction projects of the same contracting authority and with the activities of third parties. The fulfillment includes subsequent care for the planting for a period of 5 years from the handover and takeover of the construction part of the work.
