Wasserstraßen-Neubauamt HeidelbergGermanyPublished on Sep 06, 2026
No deadline given

Description

The Feudenheim lock complex is the entrance lock from the freely flowing Rhine into the regulated Neckar. It has three lock chambers, only the right one of which is currently in operation. The aim of the construction measure "Reconstruction of the Feudenheim Lock Complex" is to reopen the left lock chamber. For this purpose, the chamber area will be newly constructed as a replacement (in prefabricated construction, pilot project), the listed lift towers will be restored and secured, the right lock chamber will be statically decoupled and a new technical building will be erected. The middle lock chamber is out of operation and is to be filled in as part of the construction measure. The partnership model Waterway (PmW) will be applied in the implementation of the project, which requires the client-side support of a so-called "PmW Manager". This person is to support the project team within the framework of the partnership-based project implementation. PmW is divided into three project phases: Project Phase 0 (PmW Initiation), Project Phase 1 (Integrated Planning) and Project Phase 2 (Execution). The services of the PmW Manager will be tendered for all three project phases with the present invitation to tender, whereas the project support will be commissioned step by step, i.e. initially only the project support of Project Phase 0. The services of Project Phases 1 and 2, which are based on Project Phase 0, can be commissioned successively at a later date and end with the completion of the project. The tasks of the PmW Manager include: I. PmW conception services (recording and analysis steps, project implementation conception) in Project Phase 0, II. Support of PmW project management (comparable to the consulting and project management services according to AHO brochure No. 9 in the areas of action A (organisation, information, coordination, documentation), B (qualities & quantities), C (costs and financing), D (dates, capacities, logistics) and E (contracts, insurances)) in Project Phases 0 to 2. III. Specific PmW support services (in particular evaluation of remuneration and incentive systems and their development if necessary, cost-benefit analyses and budgetary proof, support in the creation of the Functional Specification, construction price examination, support of e.g. commissioning, acceptance, project completion documentation, etc.) in Project Phases 0 to 2.
