France – Technical control services – Marché forfaitaire portant sur les Mission de maîtrise d’oeuvre process pour la construction d’une centrale d’énergie sur la Technopole Futuroscope

In the context of the implementation of a central energy heating plant consisting of 2 heat pumps drawing energy from a geothermal aquifer and 2 gas boilers as backup, Dalkia is launching a consultation to design and implement the Work. It will be broken down into several technical lots. Considering the above, the contracting authority DALKIA wishes to entrust the successful tenderer with a process design and supervision mission (excluding building and geothermal aspects), as part of the work on all the structures and equipment. The mission includes the following phases: Preliminary Design / Final Design (APS / APD), General Design Project (PRO), Quantification and costing of the works (DCE), Assistance for the award of public works contracts (AMT). Validation of the works carried out (VISA), Works Execution Management (DET-OPC), Operations Prior to the Acceptance of the Works (OPR-AOR). The heating plant includes 2 heat pumps with a unit power of 2 000 kW heat at the condenser (ICPE 4735), 2 gas boilers of 11 300 kW and 700 kW (ICPE 2910). The heat network will be interconnected with an import/export energy substation with the existing heat network of the Futuroscope Park. The Process Design and Supervision missions include this substation.
