1. The subject of the contract is a service involving the collection of municipal waste from the premises of properties located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Gdańsk, where no residents live, and their transport to a municipal facility listed on the register of facilities meeting the requirements for municipal facilities, managed by the Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, located at the Zakład Utylizacyjny Sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk, at ul. Jabłoniowej 55 (hereinafter: "IKZU Szadółki"), from the area of Sector VI designated by Resolution No. XXXII/681/12 of the City of Gdańsk Council of 29 November 2012 – covering the following districts: VII Dwór, Brętowo, Piecki-Migowo, Suchanino, Siedlce, Ujeścisko-Łostowice. 2. The detailed scope of the works, which are the subject of the contract, is presented in Section 2 of the Contract Specification.
