A framework agreement is to be concluded with one economic operator for a period of 2 years for the public procurement of goods - CAST IRON FITTINGS AND ARMATURES. The tenderer must offer the entire range of the required procurement as specified in the tender. Offers that cover only part of the required procurement range will not be considered. The tenderer is obliged to offer the goods in accordance with all technical and other conditions set out in this Procurement Documentation. The schedule defines the framework quantities of the procurement subject for a two-year period, since this is a budgetary expenditure for which the exact quantity cannot be determined in advance. The contracting authority is not obliged to implement the indicated quantities in full. The actual implementation depends on the needs and may be more or less than the framework quantity.
