The functional programme envisaged in the Basic and Execution Project is as follows:

Basement: car park, cells, interview room, various rooms, storerooms, security forces areas, archives, toilets/changing rooms, van space, offices and common services per floor.

Ground floor: 6 hearing rooms, access security service, guard service, civil registry, SCAG, forensic medical clinic, UVIF, psychosocial team, OAVD, prosecution service, reserve spaces and common services per floor.

First floor: Judicial spaces with capacity to accommodate the layout of 4 of the former courts, 2 reserve hearing rooms and common services per floor.

Second floor: Judicial spaces with capacity to accommodate the layout of 5 of the former courts and common services per floor.

Third floor: Judicial spaces with capacity to accommodate the layout of 2 of the former courts, reserves for 3 and common services per floor.
