Tjörns kommun is conducting a procurement for the development of the Vallhamns industrial and business area. The aim of the Project is to long-term provide the municipality with attractive industrial and business plots for the establishment of companies, which contributes to more jobs and strengthened local and regional business development. Note that this procurement is being carried out in accordance with the Act (2016:1147) on the procurement of concessions, LUK. The procurement is being carried out in several steps.
