The subject of the procurement is the Local Building Supervision ("ÖBA") for the renovation of the residential building "20., Wallensteinstraße 68–72". The services of the ÖBA also include the Local Specialised Building Supervision ("Fach-ÖBA") for the following areas: Building Design-Architecture; Structural Design; Technical Equipment; Building Physics and Sustainability; Fire Protection; Landscaping; BauKG; Testing Engineer.
