Contract for the supply of medical equipment and apparatus for training within the PROTEGO project – Resilience and Organisation Programme for the Efficient Treatment of Injuries Generated by Burns and Other Critical Situations. "High-fidelity, portable adult simulator with dynamic airway management and pulmonary compliance, for mechanical ventilation scenarios." The contracting authority will supply the medical equipment in the quantities requested by the contracting authority and with the minimum characteristics/specifications set out in the terms of reference. Delivery will be made in accordance with the requirements set out in the terms of reference. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/). Pursuant to the provisions of Article 160 of Law 98/2016, interested economic operators in the procedure will request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification by the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority, if selected for the ex-ante contract, in accordance with OUG no. 98/2017, as subsequently amended and supplemented, will make available to the persons authorized by ANAP, through the verification decision, the consolidated responses to the requests for clarification, before uploading and publishing them in the Electronic Public Procurement System, with at least 4 days prior to the response deadline set in the participation notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of Annex no. 1 to HG no. 419/2018.
