Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Planungsleistungen für den Neubau der Sporthalle Karlshagen

The existing sports hall of the municipality of Karlshagen, located at Schulstraße 4, 17449 Karlshagen, is organisationally affiliated with the Heinrich-Heine-Schule. In addition to school sports and other school events, the municipality offers the use of the sports hall to clubs, groups, etc. However, the sports hall is dilapidated and will be demolished. The municipality of Ostseebad Karlshagen (hereinafter also referred to as the "Contracting Authority") therefore intends to build a new sports hall in the immediate vicinity (property: Straße des Friedens 6, 17449 Karlshagen). The new building is to be a 2-court sports hall incl. social tract. For illustration of the planned area for the new sports hall, reference is made to the attached site plan (Annex 01). The existing use in this area (heating plant, storage area and hall of the economic yard) must be demolished for the new building. In the course of the later planning, this must be taken into account accordingly (in the KG 200). The same applies to the demolition of the old sports hall, if applicable. The existing outdoor sports facilities (running track, long jump facility, etc.) will remain and are not part of the tender.
