The hospital wishes to implement an automated system for the issuance and collection of workwear for employees. The contract includes the delivery, installation, configuration, commissioning, training, and maintenance of: - An automated clothing dispenser; - An automated clothing collection machine; - The associated software for management, reporting, and integration with existing identification systems. The system must ensure that authorized employees have 24/7 access to the workwear assigned to them, while used clothing is collected in a controlled and traceable manner. The solution must contribute to: - Permanent availability of workwear; - A reduction in stock losses; - Optimization of clothing inventory; - A reduction in logistical workload; - Increased hygiene and infection prevention; - Full traceability of issuance and return flows; - Correct assignment of clothing to employees.
