The contract covers the following services: design services for the rehabilitation and partial reorganisation of the Dauphine Fire Station of the BSPP, 8 rue Mesnil, 75016 PARIS. Located at 8 rue Mesnil in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, the Dauphine Fire Station is a 6-storey reinforced concrete building with a basement, designed by MALLET STEVENS in 1935, and listed as a historic monument since 1986. The operation of the fire service in 1935 has obviously changed and resulted in a building that is constraining for today's activities, to which is added the presence of degraded equipment. Despite recurrent repair and maintenance work by the fire service, the fire station is now dilapidated and constraining for the activities of the fire service. Its location remains, however, a major asset in the management of emergencies in Paris, so the Brigade de sapeurs-pompiers de Paris has decided to rehabilitate the building envelope and partially reorganise its premises in order to facilitate its operation.
