The subject of the contract is: a. The supply of medical products used in vascular surgery procedures in the quantities and specifications set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ. b. The supply of 1 unit of an intraluminal lithotripsy generator, in accordance with the description in Annex 4 to the SWZ (compatible with the medical products described as Package 16 in Annex 3 to the SWZ). 2. The contracting authority allows for the submission of partial tenders within the scope of the packages. The term partial tender refers to the individual packages specified below: Package 1 - 15 and 17 - 33 – supply of medical products - used in vascular surgery procedures - described in Annex 3 to the SWZ; Package 16 – supply of medical products - used in vascular surgery procedures - described in Annex 3 to the SWZ as Package 16 Deposit along with the supply of 1 unit of an intraluminal lithotripsy generator - described in Annex 4 to the SWZ; The contractor may submit a tender for any number of packages.
