France – Maintenance of information technology software – Tierce Maintenance Applicative des applications Alain, Matys2 et Dynamo

This notice aims to establish a single-supplier framework agreement with order form with a minimum amount and a maximum amount of 1 310 000 € excluding taxes for the total duration of the framework agreement. The framework agreement aims to define the conditions and modalities for the provision of services related to the application maintenance of the applications Alain, Matys2 and Dynamo, as described in the Statement of Work (SOW – Annex 2) and the Maintenance Quality Assurance Plan (MQAP – Annex 3). The framework agreement will be concluded for a maximum duration of 60 months and will be broken down as follows: Initial duration of 36 months from the notification of the first Delivery and Service Order (DSO). Unless written notice of termination is given by the RATP with two months' notice, it will be tacitly renewed for 2 periods of 12 months each.
