Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Wapno w 2027 roku

The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and disposal of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Wapno in 2027. The contract has been divided into two parts: Part 1 – collection and disposal of municipal waste from residential properties and the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the Municipality of Wapno. The contracting authority guarantees the implementation of the contract for not less than 70% of the quantity of individual waste fractions indicated in the tender form for part 1. Part 2 – collection and disposal of municipal waste from public utility facilities in the Municipality of Wapno. The contracting authority guarantees the implementation of the contract for not less than 40% of the quantity of individual waste fractions indicated in the tender form for part 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in annexes no. 1.1 and 1.2 to the SWZ. The estimated contract implementation period: from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, taking into account the provisions of the SWZ regarding the commencement of service provision.
