1. The scope of the investment includes the preparation of design documentation for the construction of a municipal road from the roundabout on Sienkiewicza Street (intersection of national road no. 16 with regional road no. 521) to Wyspa Wielka Żuława, along with the necessary infrastructure. The scope of the contract includes the preparation of documentation along with obtaining all necessary agreements, opinions, and decisions required to carry out construction works. 2. The subject documentation should be prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 311). 3.
