The subject of the order is: Construction of a district heating network for the needs of a hybrid renewable energy source from purified sewage from the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant in Gliwice - implemented as part of the project: "Construction of a heat pump set, utilizing the waste heat of municipal sewage from the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant in Gliwice" for the task "Construction of an efficient district heating system utilizing RES together with the PEC heat storage - Gliwice Sp. z o.o." - Part III out of III. As part of the task, the investment is realized in the "build" formula. The contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the order in accordance with the design documentation, Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB), the provisions of SWZ, the conditions resulting from the construction work applications no. IFXV.7843.4.17.2026 of 17.04.2026 and no. AB.6743.6.4.2026 of 12.06.2026, as well as the remaining decisions, agreements and opinions constituting the documentation of the procedure, the conditions specified by the network managers and property owners, indicated in Annex 2.7 to SWZ, the projected provisions of the agreement constituting Annex no. 8 to SWZ, the applicable legal provisions and the rules of technical knowledge.
