The procurement covers Open Source Software with associated Consultancy Services. Consultancy Services that are part of the Procurement Object are, for example, support, adaptations or other services related to Open Source Software. The following Consultancy Services are examples that are part of the Procurement Object: Installation Customer Service System Administration System Development Testing Training By Open Source Software is meant software whose licence, for example, is approved by and meets the Open Source Initiative (OSI) definition of open source software (English: Open Source Software, OSS). Open Source Software means that the user, in accordance with applicable licence terms, has the right to use the software, access and study the source code, modify and further develop the software and share it further, within their own operations and externally, regardless of purpose. Open Source Software has the same meaning as open source.
