1. The subject of the procedure and the contract is the execution, delivery and installation of a system designed for the study of interactions of biological particles for the needs of the SOLCRYS line at the National Synchrotron Radiation Centre SOLARIS. 2. The subject of the contract is financed, inter alia, from funds obtained on the basis of an agreement with the State Treasury - Minister of Education and Science of 10 November 2023, number: 7451/IA/SP/2023. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including a description of the minimum parameters and technical and functional requirements, is contained in Annex A to the SWZ.
