1. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of technical consumable materials for optoelectronic equipment in the years 2026-2029, divided into 18 parts (tasks). 2. The requirements and detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 1 to the Specification of Contract Conditions, which the Contracting Authority will provide to the Invited Contractors who meet the conditions specified in the notice. 3. The Contracting Authority allows for the submission of partial offers. 4. Contract implementation deadline: The basic contract in 2026 should be implemented within 30 days from the date of signing the contract, but no later than 30.11.2026 (whichever date comes first); The basic contract in the years 2027, 2028 and 2029 should be implemented within 180 days from the date of signing the contract, but no later than: • 30.11.2027 (whichever date comes first); • 30.11.2028 (whichever date comes first); • 30.11.2029 (whichever date comes first). The optional contract in 2026 should be implemented within 30 days from the date the Contractor receives the relevant notice of the exercise of the option, but no later than 30.11.2026 (whichever date comes first); The optional contract in the years 2027, 2028 and 2029 should be implemented within 180 days from the date of confirmation of the optional order, but no later than: • 30.11.2027 (whichever date comes first); • 30.11.2028 (whichever date comes first); • 30.11.2029 (whichever date comes first). 5. The Contracting Authority provides for the right of option in the implementation contracts.
