The contract aims to appoint an Auditor (CAC) for the legal certification of annual accounts, in accordance with Articles L.821-40 and following and L.822-1 and following of the Commercial Code. The consultation covers six financial years (2026 to 2031). The requirement includes the annual legal mission of certifying accounts and the specific checks provided for by law, as well as very specific, occasional missions. The objective of the contract is to ensure the reliability and transparency of the financial information of an establishment whose budget and total balance sheet will increase significantly until the 2030 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, within a tight accounts closure schedule. The contract is awarded as a fixed-price contract with mixed prices, including a lump sum and unit prices applied to the quantities actually performed. The estimated amount mentioned in this notice includes the lump sum, the estimate of the unit prices and the amount of the option envisaged under European law (potential similar contract that may be concluded with the contract holder).
