Framework agreement for the procurement of the quantity and quality of KÖF circuit breakers detailed in the technical description of the procurement (procurement and delivery of KÖF circuit breakers for the KÖF (MSZ 1:2002) switching devices of the 132/22 kV and 132/11 kV substations of Opus Titász Zrt. 132/22 kV and 132/11 kV), based on the framework agreement procedure, pursuant to the a) point of the (1) paragraph of the 105. § of the Kbt.

Quantities: Procurement and delivery of KÖF circuit breakers for investment and operational purposes in the medium-voltage switching devices of the tenderer's substations.

The AZ EKR does not indicate a higher/equal character, but the higher or equal sign mentioned above is to be understood according to the instructions detailed in the technical description of the procurement. The quantity specified for each item is the planned quantity, and the quantity for each item is interchangeable. The total quantity can be called off up to the framework quantity.

Warranty: The usual 24-month warranty for industrial equipment, as prescribed by the Civil Code, and 10 years against corrosion. The detailed description of the products is contained in the technical specification forming part of the Procurement Documents.
