Bulgaria – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Развитие и въвеждане на Институционална архитектура на Агенция „Митници“ по отношение на модул „Произход и движение на стоките“ върху Cloud архитектура

The subject of the contract is: "Development and Implementation of the Institutional Architecture of the Customs Agency in relation to the "Origin and Movement of Goods" module on Cloud architecture." The subject and scope of the public procurement includes the performance of the following activities:

1. Main Activity 1: "Development of the Institutional Architecture of the Customs Agency in relation to the "Origin and Movement of Goods" module on Cloud architecture in accordance with the ADM (Architecture Development Method) methodology";

2. Main Activity 2: "Implementation of the Institutional Architecture of the Customs Agency in relation to the "Origin and Movement of Goods" module on Cloud architecture", through:

- Development and deployment of the "Origin and Movement of Goods" module;

- Integration of the "Origin and Movement of Goods" module with the Identity and Access Management System (SIUDIAM);

- Integration of the "Origin and Movement of Goods" module with the Customs Automated Export System (MASE);

- Integration of the "Origin and Movement of Goods" module with the Single Component for Accompanying Documents (EKPD);

- Integration of the "Origin and Movement of Goods" module with the Single Portal for Electronic Communication with the Bulgarian Customs Administration (EPortal);

- Integration of the "Origin and Movement of Goods" module with the System for Identification and Registration of Economic Operators – EORI2_BG.

3. Main Activity 3: "Training of 30 Customs Agency staff (26 users and 4 administrators) to work with the implemented functionalities under the activities."
