A detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in the assortment-price form - Annex 2 to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 33168000 Endoscopy, endosurgery instruments. The contractor is obliged to execute the contract on the principles and conditions described in the draft contract provisions - Annex 4 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial offers. The contract consists of 6 lots (parts). The contractor is entitled to submit an offer covering at least 1 lot (part). The lots must be priced in full. Offers not containing the full scope of the subject of the contract specified in the lot will be rejected.
