The subject of the procurement is a SaaS service HR system, which acts as the primary source of the organisation's personnel data and supports the entire lifecycle of the employment relationship, from the commencement to the termination of the employment. The system must be a process-oriented whole, in which data is created once, is structured and up-to-date, and is utilised consistently in HR processes, recruitment, reporting and payroll management. Careeria must have extensive administrator rights in the system for system administration, creation and maintenance of new content. The procurement has taken into account that Careeria will later also put out to tender a payroll system, which is why the HR system now being procured must have the capability to integrate with payroll systems commonly used on the market.
