The subject of the procurement is audit and assurance services for the Caruna group and its companies (Caruna Networks Oy, Caruna Oy and Caruna Espoo Oy). The service includes the following distinct services: 1. Audit service 2. Prospectus update 3. Green Bond investor Report -assurance 4. Assurance of sustainability KPI metrics for RCF investment credit facility 5. Audit of the pension fund of Caruna Networks Oy companies 6. Additional audit services The service also includes reporting to the auditor of the highest parent company of the Caruna group in the Netherlands, so the candidate must have at its disposal an audit network or a partner's human resources in the Netherlands and Ireland.
