The Robert Bosch Hospital intends to award a Technical Monitoring service for quality assurance as part of the construction project New Building F 2023. The services to be procured relate to the task description. The recommendation is divided into a descriptive part and a selection catalogue (Modular Service Specification) for compiling the scope of the contract. The contents of the service specification serve to further define individual service items of the Technical Monitoring. The Technical Monitoring is intended to significantly contribute to creating the conditions for energy-efficient, functional, and demand-oriented operation of the new building. The objective of the Technical Monitoring is to verify the specified performance values of the systems from the planning phases for compliance over a period of three years. The services of the Technical Monitoring for quality assurance are not part of the basic services according to HOAI. Consequently, the phases of the Technical Monitoring are structured only in accordance with the HOAI.
