Within this service, the vehicle hall doors of the fire department are to be manufactured as thermally insulated, power-operated sectional doors and installed ready for operation. In total, 13 large glazed aluminium sectional doors with a clear opening of approximately 3.85 m × 4.51 m each will be executed. The doors will be equipped with thermally insulated aluminium and steel profiles, multi-pane plastic glazing, electric high-performance drives with an opening and closing speed of up to 0.5 m/s, as well as all necessary safety and signalling devices according to the requirements of DIN 14092 for fire stations. The service also includes workshop and assembly planning, static proofs, radio remote controls, the necessary substructures and fastening levels on the reinforced concrete supports, as well as all connection and cladding work. Two doors will additionally receive integrated man doors with panic function and escape route approval.
