Czechia – Software supply services – RÁMCOVÁ DOHODA NA ZAJIŠTĚNÍ PRODUKTŮ AVEVA V LICENČNÍM MODELU FLEXCREDITS

The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement containing framework contractual conditions for the fulfilment of individual specific contracts, the subject of which is the provision of licences (right to exercise intellectual property rights and right of use) for the SW products of the company AVEVA and the provision of support for the SW products of AVEVA, according to section 3 of the Tender Documentation. The subject of the public contracts awarded on the basis of the Framework Agreement is the provision of licences for the SW products (subscriptions) of AVEVA in the FlexCredits model for the use of existing licensed SW products of AVEVA and their extension according to the business needs of the companies of the ČEZ Group. The contracting authority undertakes that after signing the Framework Agreement, it will carry out an initial procurement of at least the extent according to Annex P2, part 4 of the Tender Documentation. The Framework Agreement in the sense of Section 131 of the Public Procurement Act will be concluded with one Supplier. Specific contracts will be concluded on the basis of the Framework Agreement in accordance with the conditions specified in section 3 of this Tender Documentation. The contracting authority will, on the basis of the Framework Agreement, order fulfilment in the manner indicated there, always at the time and to the extent of its current needs.
