The subject of the order is the "Collection and disposal of waste with code ex 20 01 99 – other unspecified fractions collected selectively. Household ash."

2. This is a service for the collection and disposal of waste with code ex 20 01 99 – other unspecified fractions collected selectively. Household ash in the amount of approx. 4 000 Mg. The offered method of waste disposal must be in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in this area and processing processes specified in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. DZ.U. 2023 poz. 1587 with later amendments). The contractor is obligated to possess the required current environmental decisions for conducting activities in the scope of processing waste with code ex 20 01 99, as mentioned in art. 27, para. 2, point 1 of the Act of 14 December 2012 i.e. DZ.U. 2023 poz. 1587 with later amendments.

3. The place of waste collection is the Waste Management Plant BESKID ŻYWIEC Sp. z o.o. in Żywiec at ul. Kabaty 2.

4. The subject of the order also includes the service of transporting the aforementioned waste.
