The services tendered are basic services for the land use plan pursuant to § 18 HOAI, LP 1-3, basic services for the land use plan pursuant to § 19 HOAI, LP 1-3, services for the environmental impact assessment pursuant to Annex 1, No. 1.1 HOAI, LP 1-4, special services required for urban development planning, services for transport infrastructure pursuant to §§ 45, 47 HOAI, LP 1-9 for internal and external development, services for technical equipment pursuant to §§ 53, 55 HOAI, plant groups 1 (wastewater, water, gas), 4 (high voltage) and 5 (telecommunications and information technology), LP 1-9 for internal and external development, services for landscape design pursuant to § 39 HOAI, LP 1-9 and project management services for the procedural implementation of land securing.
