1. The subject of the contract is: the purchase, delivery and installation of equipment for logistical security. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract in terms of the required parameters is specified in Annexes No. 2.1 – 2.7 to SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract (contract part/package/task No. 1 – 7) – also referred to as “Annex No. 2 to SWZ”. 3. The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial offers (7 – tasks / contract parts), in accordance with the division specified in Annex No. 2 to SWZ constituting the form of Description of the Subject of the Contract: 1) Task No. 1 – Portable power generator; 2) Task No. 2 – Radios; 3) Task No. 3 – Gas masks; 4) Task No. 4 – Tents; 5) Task No. 5 – Heaters; 6) Task No. 6 – ISOPS suits; 7) Task No. 7 – Stationary power generator. 4. The contracting authority does not allow for the submission of alternative offers or in the form of electronic catalogues. 5. The subject of the contract includes all costs related to the execution of the contract, including costs resulting from the requirements specified in SWZ, Annex No. 2 to SWZ and Annexes No. 4a and 4b to SWZ.
