The subject of the procurement is the organisation and logistical management of the educational fair entitled "Festiwal Zawodów w Małopolsce in 2027". 2. The detailed subject of the procurement (SOPZ) is Annex 1D to the SWZ and will be included as an annex to the public procurement contract. 3. The conditions for the execution of the procurement are set out in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the public procurement contract - contract template and constitute Annex 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 4. As part of the execution of the procurement, the contractor will be obliged to transfer to the Contracting Authority the proprietary copyrights - details have been described in the contract template. 5. The Contracting Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Article 95 of the Act, specifies that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing tasks within the scope of the execution of the procurement on the basis of an employment relationship. 6. The subject of the procurement is co-financed from the funds of the European Union within the framework of the European Social Fund Plus – within the framework of Priority 6 European Funds for the labour market, education and social inclusion, Action 6.12 Education – projects of the Małopolska Region, Project Type B. Coordination of vocational training programme European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027.
