The overall project involves the renovation of automotive workshops and the demolition/reconstruction of two buildings of the Direction de l’Équipement et de la Logistique (DEL) of the SGAMI EST located at Espace Riberpray in METZ. This project aims to:

• Energetically rehabilitate all workshops:

◦ Overhaul of enclosures including asbestos removal from roofs

◦ Renovation of the heating system with connection to district heating

• Reorganise and optimise the various current spaces

• Bring all workshops up to standard

The consultation is conducted in 2 phases:

- Candidacy phase: selection of 5 candidates admitted to submit an offer

- Offer phase
