Norway – Software-related services – Digital trade system for parking services - prequalification

Nordre Follo municipality shall procure a new digital trade system for parking services. The system shall include a modern control and enforcement tool for traffic officers, delivered as a mobile application with secure logons and integration with the municipality ́s case handling system. The tool shall support the establishment of attachments, documentation, real time communication, necessary registry look-ups and use of existing printers. The system shall also provide efficient administration and case handling of closures, including comprehensive overview, advanced searches, reports, tracking history, handling reminders, fees, receivables and integration with the municipality's accounting system. Furthermore, the system shall support the administration of parking permits for disabled, with a full overview of applications, granted permissions and establishing permissions. The municipality can also trigger options connected to several functions if needed, and the tenderer must deliver them on agreed terms if they are in use.
