Belgium – Firefighting, rescue and safety equipment – LOCATION "FULL OMNIUM" D'INSTALLATIONS DE DETECTIONS INCENDIE ET MAINTENANCE DE DETECTIONS GAZ

1. Removal of existing installations. The removal and decommissioning of existing fire detection installations, including in particular: fire detection control panels, fire detectors, non-compliant cabling (see list in Annex E).

2. Lease with full maintenance of new installations, including:

• Installation of new fire detection control panels, connected to a centralised management platform;

• Installation of fire detectors compatible with these control panels;

• Installation of fire alarm triggers connected to sirens to be connected to a centralised management platform;

• Installation of fire detectors connected to these control panels.

3. Maintenance of existing gas installations, which must be connected and interfaced with the new fire detection control panels referred to in point 2. Full maintenance includes:

• Maintenance, repairs, replacement and troubleshooting of fire and gas detection installations necessary for the optimal operation of the installations (tenant safety);

• Inspection of fire and gas installations.

• For gas installations - Inspection by an independent accredited control body whenever necessary in accordance with the applicable legislation - Excluding vandalism (see details in the CSC).

4. The materials and services will be in accordance with the legislation and standards in force as well as all subsequent modifications.

5. The contractor assumes full responsibility to ensure that the installations are in perfect working order throughout the duration of the contract. THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY OF RECOVERING/REPURCHASING OR RECONDITIONING THE EXISTING CONTROL PANELS.
