Bulgaria – Cleaning and sanitation services in urban or rural areas, and related services – „Зимно поддържане на общинската пътна мрежа и местните пътища на територията на община Разград през експлоатационен сезон 2026/2027 и 2027/2028 г.“

The contract aims to ensure normal passability and safe operation of municipal and local roads under winter conditions and is carried out in compliance with Ordinance №RD-02-20-19 of 12.11.2012 for maintenance and current repair of roads and in connection with Instruction FO-1 of the Minister of Finance, letter of Agency "Road Infrastructure" with Ref. № 04-16-2133/08.12.2016 and letter with Incoming № 04-00-1271 of 30.04.2020 of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works regarding the specific types of work that can be carried out within the scope of Art. 11, para. 2, item 1, letter "v" of the Ordinance, the applicable technical rules and standards, the instructions and guidelines of the Road Infrastructure Agency and the applicable legal framework. The subject of the contract covers a total of 72 km of road network within the territory of Razgrad Municipality, and in addition to road maintenance in winter conditions on this network, the Contracting Authority has provided for the inclusion of activities for current repair and maintenance, determined in Art.10 para.3 of Ordinance № RD-02-20-19 of 12.11.2012 for maintenance and current repair of roads, on the roads specified in the technical specification.
