(1) of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the authority sets a response time for clarifications: any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the Award Documentation 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders - to which a response will be provided 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
