Norway – Safety consultancy services – Framework agreement - Emergency preparedness exercises and analysis - Statnett SF

The framework agreement shall cover Statnett's need for external assistance related to work with exercises, testing, analysis and improvement work related to security and preparedness. The supplier shall provide an exercise manager/planner/project manager with an associated team for planning and conducting exercises. The supplier shall also be able to provide advice in connection with exercises. The framework agreement shall cover Statnett and Statnett-owned companies in both operations and projects as well as within all subject areas, such as SHA, HSE, communication, HR and security of supply. Exercises and scope of assistance cover the entire spectrum from small discussion exercises to large full-scale exercises. Consultants must be able to handle classified information in accordance with the Security Act. Need for support within analysis may include evaluation of tests and exercises, and analyses for dimensioning security and preparedness. For further details - see the procurement documents.
